— Mara J., multisport coach

Core pillars

Focused drills

Short, measurable actions that slot into any schedule.

Immediate feedback

One stat, one cue, one idea to try next session.

Human-first privacy

Defaults that favor local data and explicit sharing.

Try a 3-minute drill

Jump into a randomized microchallenge and earn your first glowing badge. It’s fast, coached and refreshing.

How it works

  1. Pick a short drill — animations show the core motion.
  2. Perform and record — a single metric surfaces what changed.
  3. Practice one cue — the app suggests the most useful repeatable action.

Design story

We designed PulsePlay to cut through clutter. Cut corners, neon accents and asymmetric layouts give the interface playful motion while preserving clarity for coaching cues. Small HUDs and badges reward consistency; the app nudges rather than nags.
